Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within the USA.
How long does shipping take?
Typically we try to make and ship orders within 5-7 business day, but occasionally it can take 10-14 business days. After we process, pack and ship your item, it's then in the hands of the USPS and their delivery times can vary.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at meandlou.co@gmail.com to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. Please refer to the Return / Exchange policy for further detail and instructions.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes. Contact us at meandlou.co@gmail.com to request an exchange within 15 days from receiving your item. Please refer to the Return / Exchange policy for further detail and instructions.

Do you do custom order?
As of now, I'm not taking custom orders. However, don't hesitate to reach out to us at meandlou.co@gmail.com to inquire and discuss what you're needing. It may be something I'm able to work in!
Please type CUSTOM ORDER INQUIRY in the subject line of your message.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out usually within 5-7 days of purchase. Since every shirt is handmade, on occasion it may take up to two weeks.
Do you offer Wholesale?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not. Possible in the future though!
